Choice of 12 ounce Badlands Ribeye steak, or 8 ounce Ahi tuna steak. Pressed with garlic, peppercorns, and red chile rub. Served with buttermilk onion rings, roasted red potatoes, sautéed fresh green beans and baby carrots. Finished with jalapeño demi-glace.
Greg Norman Cabernet Merlot
